This 40mm Football turf product is designed for an excellent performing and aesthetic football field. From 5 a side to 11 a side facilities, FT Pro will do well. A product that will create a vibrant looking facility from the date of installation. Football turf needs to be impregnated with SBR and Silica sand to complete the system to create a strong and complete system.

This installation type is for a sand/soil surface. A sub-base is built from scratch with aggregate, creating a foundation that is firm enough to withstand foot traffic, but porous enough to drain water, preventing the area from water logging. The installation of our artificial turf is as follows:
Remove existing grass on the area. Level the sand on the area creating room for crusher dust of a level up to 100mm (site dependent). Level and compact the crusher dust. Create concrete boarder for gluing. Lay down a geotextile membrane (weed protecting barrier). Cut grass to specification/ shape of the area and finally glue to grass down to area.

This is the installation on a ready to lay surface. The installation includes the cutting and gluing of the grass onto the surface with no ground work included. This installation type is on concrete, paving or on a base which has already been constructed (to our specification)
